MAJOR PURPOSE: This role offers a unique opportunity to build on an already impressive portfolio across North America with an account-centric approach, providing the flexibility to pursue business opportunities throughout the country. You will join an accomplished leadership team that has successfully driven growth in key markets, securing major clients such as food & beverage, home improvements,retail, travel, healthcare and consumer goods. This position requires a hunters mentality. Daily responsibilities will include prospecting, appointment setting and relationship building. With a direct line to our Chief Growth Officer, you will be targeting markets considered the company’s primary growth engine, be involved in large 7-figure deals, and drive substantial growth. The autonomy in this role allows you to explore leads across different segments of the business, with full support to pursue these opportunities. This role will be based in the New York City or Chicago area.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in agency sales, with a focus on omnichannel media and martech
  • Record of accomplishment of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of performance media and analytics
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platform (e.g. Pipedrive)
  • Ability to leverage AI in targeting the proper audiences
  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building
  • Arrange presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate customers and prospects on media solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support pitches
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand
  • Travel as required to achieve sales and team objectives.
