As a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's, you will combine top-notch customer service skills with genuine care for people to help customers feel comfortable while shopping. This role involves engaging with customers to help them solve their home improvement challenges, welcoming them to the store, assisting them in finding and selecting products, occasionally loading merchandise, and ensuring all their needs are met. While most of your time will be spent listening to customers, answering questions, and organizing merchandise, daily responsibilities may vary by department. Customer Service Associates can work in various departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services, based on hiring needs and skillsets.
