Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a winning attitude
• Self-motivated, goal-driven mindset
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
• Guide customers from first contact to vehicle delivery
• Confidently present vehicles, features, and finance options
• Conduct professional test drives and demonstrations
• Work closely with Sales Managers and F&I to close deals
• Generate leads online, over the phone, and in person
• Consistently meet — and exceed — monthly sales goals
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, every time
