Exemplify Billy Reid Culture & the 5B’s Be Welcoming Be Hospitable Be Curious Be Knowledgeable Be Thankful Role Responsibilities Deliver top-notch customer service and hospitality to ensure a positive customer experience Develop strong product knowledge to better guide the client through options on the sales floor Work closely with team members to collaborate on sales strategies and techniques to increase sales Collaborate with store director to set, meet & exceed sales goals Drive sales through service & customer relationships Utilize Customer lists & profiles to maintain healthy & genuine connections with our customers Support omni channel initiatives including but not limited to web order fulfillment and email opt in Manage inventory levels on the floor and assist with shipping and receiving of product. Maintain an elevated level of cleanliness and order within the sales floor and stockroom. Operate in compliance with all Billy Reid policies and procedures Complete all daily tasks in a timely manner
