Stretch Zone utilizes patented equipment and proven protocols to help members improve athletic performance, increase range of motion, reduce stiffness, and enhance overall reaction time. The Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM) works with the stretch reflex to increase performance and mobility. SZM Practitioners identify and address postural and movement limitations through specific applied stretching sessions, aiming to help customers reach their maximum potential, whether they are professional athletes, weekend warriors, or individuals managing chronic pain or illness. Share the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching by meeting sales goals, recommending add-on sessions, and continually sharpening sales skills
Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming members, scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries, and resolving questions or concerns
Support strong member retention through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and delivering a smooth, positive member experience
