About The Position

The purpose of this position is to generate and maximize revenue for Envie Boutique. As a Lead Sales, you will assist customers in choosing merchandise that fits their specific wants and needs, as well as assistthe
Store Manager by supervising staff.

Requirements

• High School diploma preferred.
• Prior experience in retail sales is a plus.
• Knowledge of brands, designers, and current fashion trends.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information.
• Ability to organize and write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and the general public.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as percentages.
• Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions when furnished in written, oral, or scheduled form.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and a high degree of autonomy.
• Ability to use computer, printer, calculator, and standard office equipment and machines as required.
• Ability to use hands and is required to talk and hear.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk.
• Ability to reach with hands and arms.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with customers via face-to-face (10-5 rule), phone, e-mail, or Facebook
• Drives sales through rapport with clients.
• Investigate what customer needs/desire by listening and observing
• Assist guests in choosing appropriate merchandise based on their wants and needs
• Suggestive sell to add-on units and complete looks.
• Create guest profiles by entering guest information into Artisan.
• Assist in supervising sales associates.
• Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
• Protect employees and customers by ensuring a safe and clean store environment.

• Assisting with Window Displays
