About The Position

Job Details Job Location: Chattanooga - Brainerd - Chattanooga, TN 37421 Help unload incoming trucks and put away merchandise (as arranged by management). Maintain your assigned department: Keep clean, organized and fully stocked. Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals/priorities assigned to you and move with your “Ace Pace”. Remove promotional bin tags from displays/price tags as required. Restock merchandise displays as needed, watch end caps and side wings. Handle special orders for all non-stock items. Never tell a customer no without checking with a manager. Watch for shoplifters and act, in line with Elder’s policy, that will discourage shoplifting. Respond to radio requests. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months-1 year of retail experience, hardware experience preferred
• Able to communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Skilled at providing prompt, friendly and attentive customer service
• Strong organizational skills with a passion for details
• Willing to learn all areas of the store and help train others
• Knowledge and experience of various departments is strongly desired
• A continuous pattern of regular and prompt attendance is required
• Availability must be flexible, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Bilingual (Spanish) verbal and written communication skills strongly preferred
