The Sales Associate plays an integral role in Magellan Jets’ growth strategy. This role supports the sales process by qualifying new opportunities, managing inbound leads, and driving outbound prospecting to generate high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs). Working closely with the Sr. Vice Presidents of Aviation Solutions, their Aviation Advisor teams, and the Manager of Sales Optimization and Intelligence, this individual ensures consistent top-of-funnel activity, lead follow-up, and revenue growth. This is a fast-paced, high-impact position ideal for someone who is self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about building relationships and driving sales success.
