Requirements

  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus).
  • Reliable transportation — this role is on-site in our Houston office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (you enjoy talking to people!).
  • Organized and efficient with excellent time management.
  • A positive, ambitious attitude and eagerness to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer-facing or sales experience is a plus — but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings — sparking conversations that matter.
  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions that deliver real impact.
  • Nurture strong, lasting partnerships with clients who know they can count on you.
  • Track leads, manage opportunities in our CRM, and help push deals across the finish line.
  • Work with the team on proposals, presentations, and follow-ups that win business.
  • Keep up-to-date on services, promotions, and industry trends so you’re always a step ahead.
  • Collect client feedback and help us refine and innovate how we deliver value.
