About The Position

Southwest Mazda is seeking a motivated and experienced and non-experienced Sales Associates to join our team in Lawton, OK. The Sales Associate will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous sales experience preferred not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work weekends and evenings

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Assist customers with financing and leasing options
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and incentives
• Attend training and development sessions to improve sales skills
• Complete paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
