Under the direction of the Vice President of Sales, the Sales Associate is an experienced sales professional who makes a significant contribution to the teams and Empire Communities’ sales efforts by continually reaching and exceeding sales goals. This position represents Empire Communities by properly communicating company products and services to all prospects. They conduct themselves at all times in an ethical, professional manner consistent with good business practice. They identify and qualify prospects to secure sales. Initiating, monitoring and expediting the home buying process to reach company-established sales goals are key functions of this role. This role is located at an Empire Colorado Community in Colorado Springs, CO.
