Sales Associate - Early AM Opener
About The Position
We are currently seeking individuals with DESIRE and DRIVE who are Happy, Humble and Honest to fill the position of Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you must have a solid understanding of our meaningful purpose and the mission of the company to deliver: More Life… to our members, employees and the community we serve You would be responsible for working with the team to deliver “More Life” by providing a positive work environment and promote the health and wellness benefits that are associated with a healthy lifestyle. WE ARE SEEKING A SALES ASSOCIATE WHO CAN OPEN THE STUDIO (4:30AM) 2-3X PER WEEK AND ALSO WORK SATURDAY MORNINGS!

Responsibilities
- Open Studio 4:30am 2-3x per week, plus Saturday mornings
- Maintain a professional, strong relationship with the active member base focusing on More Life
- Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio re-enforcing the More Life purpose
- Maintains accurate records using established OTF sales systems and protocols
- Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
- Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities
- Must be able to participate in 1-2 OTF scheduled workouts per week
- Maintains an organized and clean lobby/front desk area
- Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions
- Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients
- Proper onboarding all OTF clients through the use of Client Intake Forms and FP Agreements
- Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled
- Responsible for attending and participating in all relative training programs and staff meetings
