About The Position

Artisan Partners is seeking a high-impact Associate to join our Intermediary Distribution team, focused on accelerating growth across the Broker-Dealer and RIA channels. This role sits at the center of our sales engine, partnering closely with senior sales professionals to deepen advisor relationships, expand market share, and drive asset growth. This position seeks an enthusiastic team player and a self-starter, who has the ability to effectively articulate investment strategies and investment-related topics.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses or ability to get licensed immediately
  • At least 2 years of relevant industry experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills

  • Sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with field sales team to develop pipeline and drive asset growth across assigned territories
  • Proactively initiate daily calls to prospect targeted Financial Advisors
  • Drive advisor engagement by building and expanding relationships with Financial Advisors
  • Leverage CRM tools and sales reporting to generate insights and prioritize outreach opportunities
  • Maintain strong awareness of industry trends, competitor positioning, and evolving advisor needs
  • Profile advisors to understand business models, client needs, and product alignment opportunities
  • Assist in answering incoming calls from Financial Advisors
  • Travel as necessary to conduct field meetings and attend conferences
