About The Position
We are looking for a friendly and outgoing Sales Associate to join our team at Crazy 88 MMA! The Sales Associate is responsible for converting leads to sales by providing the customer with the full Crazy 88 Experience. The Sales Associate maximizes sales by delivering efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service and ensuring the facility is neat, clean, and well-presented at all times. We hire people who love challenges, who make things happen by being self-starters, and who are passionate about what they do. As part of our team, you’ll work with people ready to help you reach higher, grow your potential, and do more.
Requirements
- 18+
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- A passion for martial arts is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome members and guests
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Process payments and memberships
- Assist with sales and marketing materials
- Maintain office supplies
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized
- Sell gear to members
- Enroll prospective members
