- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Engage customers and provide friendly, confident service
- Understand customer needs and recommend products or styling options
- Drive sales through active customer interaction
- Support fitting room, cashier, and sales floor operations
- Maintain visual and merchandising standards on the sales floor
- Assist with restocking, inventory handling, and store organization
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals
