Requirements

• Prior sales experience, ideally in a tire or automotive environment.
• Familiarity with the TCS point of sale system (a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills — ask the right questions, make the right recommendations.
• Ability to recall tire manufacturers, models, features, and performance details.
• A creative thinker who finds solutions when challenges arise.
• Professional, accountable, customer-focused, and driven to deliver results.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Work in the TCS point of sale system to track customers, set up quotes, check inventory, and process work orders.
• Answer phones and provide exceptional over-the-phone customer service.
• Meet with customers in person, explain tire options, and ensure they get the best fit for their vehicle and budget.
• Coordinate with the Burt Brothers warehouse and other store locations to locate and transport tires as needed.
• Partner with tire managers and technicians to give customers accurate timelines and updates.
• Achieve tire sales goals by following established sales procedures and best practices.
