Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Flexible availability, including weekends, and willingness to travel for training
Highly resourceful with problem-solving abilities
Eligibility to work in the United States (Work Permit/Green Card/Citizenship)

Responsibilities

Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals through effective sales techniques
Implement Stanton Optical's proven Sales Process to provide exceptional service to customers
Embody our cultural values to contribute to company-wide objectives
Enhance customer satisfaction by warmly greeting patients, assisting with eyewear selection, and addressing inquiries
Create an inviting and energetic atmosphere for customers, colleagues, and visitors
Stay informed about our products, optical solutions, and the latest eyewear trends
Focus on increasing average purchase values and reducing discounts
Participate in and facilitate training and coaching for retail associates while adhering to company standards
Collaborate with fellow associates and communicate directives to ensure smooth operations
Take ownership of additional duties as assigned
