Join the Furniture Market Clearance Center — the newest destination in High Point for stylish, affordable home furnishings. We’re building a dynamic, customer-first team, and we’re looking for Sales Associates who are ready to grow, earn, and thrive in a professional but friendly environment.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping people and solving problems
• Drive to hit personal and team goals
• Basic tech skills and willingness to learn sales systems
• 1–3 years of B2C sales or customer service experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic sales tech platforms
• Ability to stand, walk, and engage with customers for extended periods
• Occasionally lift or move items up to 15 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Experience in furniture or interior design is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
• Learn their style and budget needs, and guide them to great finds
• Offer insights and suggestions to help create beautiful home spaces
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually engaging showroom
• Accurately enter orders, process payments, and follow up on client needs
• Build relationships and generate repeat and referral business
• Stay informed about inventory, promotions, and sales tools
