Here are the details of a Sales Associate role: Prospecting to potential members Selling OTF memberships Create a welcoming studio environment by making sure everyone is treated with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge Present the OTF story, brand and workout to any interested clients, and lead studio tours Effectively onboard first timers Be the face of the studio by handling all communication and administrative tasks, including responding to client communications, effectively and quickly handling administrative tasks, and taking initiative to do what it takes to make the studio run smoothly at all times. Work hand-in-hand with OTF coaches to guide first timers through their Orangetheory workout Grow the studio's client base, through membership sales, proactively seeking referrals, and providing the optimum client experience Daily outreach to prospective clients Handle members' concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution Participate in marketing and outreach events Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized For outdoor workouts, move fitness equipment daily in and out of the Studio (be able to lift 45lbs) Implement and follow appropriate COVID protocols/practices and ensure health and safety standards at all times Help ensure daily content for our Social Media channels So, if you have a passion for fitness and would like to help us in our mission to spread More Life to our members and community, we would like to hear from YOU! Responsibilities
