Requirements
- Experience in billing, accounts receivable, customer service, or related administrative functions
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial data and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with ERP/billing systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contract terms
- Execute timely billing cycles, meeting all deadlines and maintaining organized workflows
- Manage credits, rebills, and pricing adjustments while resolving billing discrepancies
- Track and apply pricing updates in coordination with Sales and Finance teams
- Partner cross-functionally to support billing processes, audits, and continuous improvement
