About The Position

OXXO USA is seeking a dependable and energetic Sales Associate with Food Services to join our team at one of our retail locations featuring Sbarro, a beloved brand known for its NY style pizza. As a Sales Associate, you’ll help prepare and serve freshly made Sbarro products while creating a warm and welcoming environment for every guest. You’ll play a key role in blending OXXO USA’s convenience excellence with Sbarro—bringing flavorful meals to our customers every day.

Nice To Haves

One (1) or more years of experience in food service, restaurant, or retail with food handling (preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Food handler certification (must obtain within required time after hire).

Responsibilities

Responsible for on-going activities related to the successful operation of a retail store that has a restaurant/food preparation area.
Conduct daily activities to ensure efficient store operations.
Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Deliver outstanding customer service and address any customer concerns.
Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Prepare, cook, and assemble Sbarro menu items, and other fresh food offerings, following company recipes and quality standards.
Ensure all food items are made fresh, properly handled, and consistently presented throughout the day.
Provide excellent customer service—greeting guests, taking orders, answering product questions, and ensuring satisfaction.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness in all food prep and service areas.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control guidelines in compliance with health regulations and company policies.
Assist with restocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and rotating products to maintain freshness.
Handle register transactions accurately and efficiently.
Keep dining and service areas clean, organized, and inviting.
Promote the Sbarro brand by providing a great experience for every guest.
