About The Position

Perspire Sauna Studio Corte Madera. We are excited to open our doors this May and bring the benefits of Infrared Sauna, Red Light, and Contrast Therapy to Marin County! This is an opportunity to be part of a founding team and the first sauna studio of its kind in the North Bay! There are over 100 Perspire locations through out the country, but Corte Madera is locally owned by franchisees who live in Marin! Location: We are located in the Marketplace Center in Corte Madera. Co-tenants include Now Power Yoga, BodyRok Pilates, Total Wines, Book Passage, and more! The center is a great, safe, bustling place to work with free and easy parking. We Offer Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates No experience is required. We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee. Responsibilities

Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
Administer studio tours for new guests
Answer all questions about services and the facility
Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
