About The Position

BODYBAR Pilates is a fast-growing boutique fitness franchise delivering dynamic Pilates workouts through their signature BODYBAR method. They are on a mission to set the industry standard in how Pilates is taught and experienced, focusing on strength, form, and cheer. The team leads with positivity, passion, and purpose. BODYBAR Pilates is looking for a high-energy, people-loving Sales Associate to help grow their member base and create an unbeatable studio experience. This role involves driving sales, supporting members, and bringing the BODYBAR vibe to life, all while working alongside a fun, motivated team. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, reporting to the Studio Manager. The company aims to build a community of people who love, respect, encourage, and motivate one another to be strong, healthy, and happy human beings, offering fiercely effective workouts.

Requirements

Goal-oriented with an ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email
Passionate about fitness
Professional, trustworthy, and punctual
Proficient with computers and studio software
High school diploma or equivalent
