Responsibilities
- Creating an amazing first impression for members and guests
- Building relationships while driving membership sales and engagement
- Answering phones, booking classes, and assisting with guest visits
- Supporting members with questions, problem-solving, and account management
- Keeping our studio fun, welcoming, and sparkling clean
- Working as part of a dynamic, supportive, and motivated team
