Requirements

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Eager to learn the ins and outs of new products.
Excellent communication skills with customers.
Professional and well-groomed appearance.
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and create lifelong customers by assisting them in selecting a vehicle.
Be the vehicle expert: understand the details of our product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology.
Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
Follow up with buyers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive in a sales environment.
Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
