- Comfortable talking in person and on the phone with members & guests
- Comfortable with sales goals and quotas
- Works with integrity to help the team & show good task follow through
Responsibilities
- Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm & giving studio tours
- Making outreach phone calls & managing incoming calls
- Selling memberships & following up on prospective clients
- Participating in marketing and outreach events
- Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
