If you love learning about the newest features on coats and jackets or know the best way to layer for mountain adventures, your knowledge will help answer questions from our customers and help them locate a specific brand or item. This department also staffs our kitchen, gift and garden sales categories, so let us know if you have an interest in making a cozy home, both indoors and out! Product training, pro-deals, and our employee discount mean you can try out items in order to increase your knowledge and provide expert opinions to our customers. Requirements

Prior customer service experience
Engaging and positive
Enthusiasm and interest in the fit, function, and fashion of outdoor apparel required!
Home & garden experience and knowledge essential!
Cashiering experience desired
Computer proficiency required

Responsibilities

Stocking shelves
Tracking down products for customers
Keeping the department tidy
Relaying customer feedback to their manager
Assisting with visual merchandising of products in the store
Accurately processing payments
Helping with displays and visual merchandising
Maintaining a clean and well-stocked area
Learning about products to provide better answers to customer questions
Assisting in loss prevention efforts
Communicating professionally
Presenting a professional appearance and demeanor
Taking steps to advance teamwork and develop solid working relationships with co-workers
Assisting in inventory responsibilities
