About The Position

Kiokii Inc is a premier one-stop retail platform offering Asian trendy products in North America, including cosmetics, skincare, beauty, accessories, and lifestyle. With 27 stores across North America and rapid growth, the company is seeking enthusiastic applicants for a Full-Time Sales Associate position. In this role, the Sales Associate will deliver top-tier customer service, utilizing outstanding product knowledge to assist clients. This involves greeting customers, assessing their needs with open-ended questions, providing personalized solutions, and staying informed about sales and promotions. The associate will also handle transactions using the point-of-sale system and Kiokii Loyalty Reward Membership Program, foster customer relationships, maintain a clean sales floor, collaborate with team members on daily operations and target goals, and perform ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

• A deep enthusiasm for the Asian beauty industry, with a commitment to learning, sharing knowledge, and staying informed on the latest products and trends to better serve customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented with a friendly and energetic personality
• Strong problem-solving abilities and able to adapt to customer needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Basic math proficiency and ability to handle cash and transactions accurately
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach for products on shelves or storage areas
• Willing to work in a retail setting that may require moderate noise levels, bright lighting, or fluctuations in temperature

• Greet all customers with enthusiasm and deliver an exceptional shopping experience in a friendly and professional manner
• Assess customer needs and inquiries by asking open-ended questions to provide personalized solutions, leveraging your in-depth product knowledge to support them in selecting the right products
• Stay informed about current sales and ongoing in-store promotions to keep customers updated and enhance their shopping experience
• Ensure smooth and accurate customer transactions by efficiently utilizing our point-of-sale system and Kiokii Loyalty Reward Membership Program
• Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and long term brand loyalty
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
• Collaborate with team members to support daily store operations and achieve target goals
• Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned
