About The Position

The Sales Associate at Psycho Bunny, reporting to the Store Manager, is responsible for ensuring a consistently high customer experience by adhering to the brand's core values and service standards. This role involves maintaining visual directives and housekeeping standards, operating computer systems for transactions, merchandise transfers, and order fulfillment, and safeguarding store assets through loss prevention procedures. A key aspect of the position is building long-term customer relationships through authentic clienteling, focusing on sales, and growing a loyal customer base by capturing contact information. The associate will also perform other duties as required by store management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Naturally competitive and possess an outgoing and fun personality.
• Demonstrate a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with all other Psycho Bunny team members to achieve your goal.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee a consistently high customer experience within the store utilizing Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards.
• Assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain standards of housekeeping.
• Develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions, such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
• Protect store assets and inventory through awareness of loss prevention procedures and report any violations to a supervisor.
• Employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term relationships with customers with a focus on building sales.
• Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion and capturing customer phone and e-mail.
• Assist with all other duties as required by store management.
