The Associate - Sales position is a full-time, entry level role that offers a comprehensive four-month training program (Associate Development Program) designed to prepare you as a Sales Associate for RRD. The ADP program is designed to provide you with the necessary sales strategies, practices, and industry knowledge to ensure a successful career as a Sales Associate. Please Note: This role has a required cohort start date of July 2026 for the training program; we cannot start employees sooner. This role will be hybrid, working from home most days with a weekly visit to the local facility. This requires residing near the following cities: Sacramento, CA, Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, Phoenix, AZ, Los Angeles, CA, San Diego, CA.
