About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and organized Retail Sales Associate with at least 2 years of consecutive retail experience with proven ability to interact with customers. Applicants without this experience will not be considered. Pay will be based on experience. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to deescalate customer issues if any. Candidate must also have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment when needed. Opportunity for advancement for the skilled candidate.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of consecutive retail experience preferred
• Dependable and organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to squat, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their purchases and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
• Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels. This includes processing freight that comes to the store.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
• Attend and maintain dressing rooms as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
