What You’ll Do Assist walk-in customers and respond to sales leads Sell powersports vehicles, boats, trailers, and equipment Guide customers through the full sales process from start to finish Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships Manage multiple customers and priorities at once Work closely with sales, parts, and service teams What We’re Looking For Sales experience preferred (retail, automotive, or commission-based a plus) Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, professional, and team-focused Interest in powersports, marine, or outdoor equipment is a plus Compensation & Schedule Pay: $50,000 – $125,000+ per year (base + commission) Tuesday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Weekend availability required Hours may vary based on customer demand Products & Brands Work with leading brands in: ATVs & UTVs (Polaris, etc.) Boats (Bennington, Ranger, Triton, Bayliner, and more) Lawn equipment (Cub Cadet, Husqvarna) Trailers and outdoor equipment Benefits 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance, AD&D, and LTD Paid time off and sick time (prorated) Employee discounts Requirements Valid driver’s license Ability to pass background check Previous sales experience preferred but not required Apply If You Are: Motivated by performance-based pay Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment Interested in building a long-term career in sales
