Key responsibilities include preparing proposals, scheduling client appointments, and utilizing design tools to assist clients in supporting their vision for outdoor spaces, in close collaboration with a dedicated team.

Requirements

  • Outstanding communication skills - both spoken and written.

  • Time management wizard - keep everything on track.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, and curiosity to explore new tech tools.
  • Excited to learn the art of drafting proposals and contracts.
  • Skilled multitasker in a lively, fast-paced team setting.
  • Quick to pick up new software and technology.
  • Passion for outdoor spaces!
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • 2-3 year's experience in customer service, retail, or people-facing roles
  • A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Perform project measurements, including on-site physical assessments and slope evaluations.
  • Collaborate with clients by scheduling meetings, attending consultations, and finalizing agreements.
  • Obtain color approvals and coordinate efficiently with customers throughout the selection process.
  • Manage scheduling for the Sales Manager via phone, text, or email.
  • Maintain proactive customer communication before project start dates regarding scheduling and permit requirements.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in team meetings for status updates and ongoing professional development.
  • Track and oversee incoming sales leads.
  • Utilize VIP 3D software to update and modify client drawings and proposals.
