About The Position

Camarillo Fitness is seeking energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates to be the front-of-house face of the studio. This role involves greeting members, managing sales, and supporting the overall studio experience. CamFit is an OrangeTheory Fitness franchise specializing in heart-rate-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts designed to supercharge metabolism. Members work with expert coaches for 60 minutes to reach optimal heart rate zones, aiming for maximum calorie burn and performance improvements. Every position at CamFit, including the Sales Associate role, contributes to helping members live stronger, healthier lives.

Requirements

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
• Strong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail sales preferred)
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with membership management and CRM platforms
• Knowledge of facility maintenance and gym equipment management
• Experience in supporting or managing multi-location operations
• MS Office platform and troubleshooting experience

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact—welcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options
• Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products
• Maintain accurate records using Orangetheory’s established sales systems
• Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach
• Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience
• Collaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment
