Responsibilities

Promote and sell insurance products such as auto, home, renters, life, and health insurance.
Identify potential customers and generate leads through various methods including referrals, marketing, and networking.
Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs and recommending appropriate insurance products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
Educate clients on coverage options, benefits, and limitations of insurance products.
Prepare and process insurance applications and related paperwork.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and transactions.
Comply with company policies and insurance regulations.
Work closely with the insurance agent and other team members to meet sales goals.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, sales techniques, and industry trends.
Assist in organizing and participating in community events and marketing activities to promote services.
Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
