Requirements

  • Working knowledge or Microsoft Office and computer competency is essential.
  • Self-confident, outgoing and enjoys meeting new people.
  • Pleasant and cheerful attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Outstanding listening, consultative selling, and human relation skills.
  • Articulate with the ability to resolve problems.

Responsibilities

  • Complies with established policies and procedures and maintains established standards and practices including the Compliance Program/Code of Conduct.
  • Follows Residents’ Rights policies at all times.
  • Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
  • Attends all in-services and training sessions relevant to the position.
  • Complies with established policies and procedures and maintains established standards and practices including the Compliance program/Code of Conduct.
  • Must treat all information about residents, their condition and family as confidential information.
  • Participate as a member of a collaborative team that strives to live up to the mission and core values of Garden Spot Village.
  • Develop trusting relationships in a friendly person-centered approach.
  • Ask questions, actively listen, and understand the practical and emotional lifestyle needs and desires of future residents.
  • Encourage and inspire individuals and couples to action on the telephone, in-person, and through email communications.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including telephone contacts, visits and tours, application processing, agreement signings, financial transactions, and settlements.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Use the current CRM for sales tracking software to track and manage leads.
  • Participate in weekly sales strategy meeting.
  • Work with the Sales Manager to develop sales policies and procedures.
  • Perform other sales and marketing duties as necessary.
  • Represents GSV at off-site sales, community, and networking events.
