About The Position

OneDigital is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Associate to support their top-performing PEO producers. This full-time, remote role is crucial for driving revenue by managing the operational execution of complex PEO sales cycles, from RFP through close and handoff to implementation. The individual will act as a strategic partner to sales, handling administrative, technical, and coordination aspects of deals, allowing producers to concentrate on client engagement, strategy, and closing business. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in complex B2B sales support.
  • Experience managing multi-step complex deal cycles (preferred: RFPs and underwriting processes).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel (data validation), and presentation tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end coordination of PEO RFP responses, including gathering census data, plan design details, pricing inputs, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure all RFP submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
  • Partner with underwriting based on rep needs to help manage iterations on pricing, risk evaluation, and plan modeling.
  • Track all deal milestones and proactively manage timelines to avoid delays.
  • Act as the primary liaison between sales and underwriting to ensure clean, complete submissions.
  • Validate census data, payroll information, medical docs required, and claims history for accuracy prior to submission.
  • Coordinate revisions and ensure producers are equipped with the most current and competitive proposals.
  • Support the creation of client-ready proposals and presentations if/when needed.
  • Prepare and assemble PEO closing kits, including service agreements, census data, and required compliance documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted within required timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, implementation, payroll) to ensure a seamless transition from sale to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (Salesforce) including deal stage, notes, next steps, and documentation.
  • Monitor pipeline health and proactively flag risks such as: Missing information, Delayed follow-ups, Timeline slippage.
  • Support forecast accuracy by ensuring deal data reflects real-time status.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across: Sales, Underwriting, Benefits, Legal, Implementation.
  • Remove friction from the sales process by ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Drive internal accountability to keep deals progressing efficiently.
