As Spa Manager, your performance will be measured on the following key success metrics: Membership Growth, Gift Card Sales, Introductory Offer Bookings, EBITA Targets, Staff Utilization (Massage Therapists & Estheticians), Team Recruitment & Retention, New Memberships by SPA Associates, Service Enhancements, Upgrades, and Retail Sales, Employee Satisfaction and Low Attrition.
