About The Position
As a Sales Associate at VALUE CITY FURNITURE, you will play a vital role in helping customers find the perfect furniture for their homes. Our company, part of American Signature Inc., has been a trusted name in home furnishings since 1948, with over 125 family-owned stores across the country. In this position, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the furniture buying process, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and designer looks. We pride ourselves on providing a comprehensive training program to ensure that new team members transition smoothly into their roles, equipping them with the skills needed to succeed in a dynamic sales environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that fit their budget and lifestyle. You will collaborate with your team members to ensure a seamless sales transaction and a positive home delivery experience. Setting and achieving individual sales goals will be a key part of your role, and you will have the opportunity to grow your own business through appointment-based clienteling. With a generous commission structure and unlimited earning potential, your success directly correlates with your sales performance, allowing you to earn an average of $70K+, with top sellers exceeding $100K annually.
