About The Position
Rally House is a specialty retail store that carries all things local! Our stores are looking for passionate team members who are ready to share their love for their city and favorite professional and college teams! As a Retail Sales Associate, you will contribute to a party-like atmosphere where customers are treated like invited guests. This position is essential in creating genuine customer relationships, resulting in Raving Fans that feel a connection to Rally House stores and people. You will assist in all aspects of hosting the Rally House party, from opening and closing procedures to maintaining a thorough, up-to-date knowledge of products and ensuring that products are merchandised in a visually appealing way to meet company standards. Your contributions will help the store and team be productive through the thorough completion of responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.
