Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an amazing customer experience.
• Fashion-focused and knowledgeable about current trends.
• Physical ability to stand and walk during scheduled shifts, pack and unpack shipments, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty.
• Perform register functions while using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Cover the sales floor and ensure all visual standards are met.
• Assist in the organization of the stockroom and maintain a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment.
