Responsibilities
- Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm and energy.
- Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested consumers.
- Conduct studio tours for potential clients.
- Work closely with trainers to guide new clients through their first workout.
- Sell memberships to support studio growth.
- Follow up with prospective clients to encourage membership sign-ups.
- Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote the studio.
- Ensure all areas of the studio are clean and organized.
Requirements
