About The Position
Boot Barn is seeking a Sales Partner to engage with customers and create an exceptional in-store experience. The Sales Partner will embody Boot Barn's Mission, Vision, and Values in their words and actions while demonstrating selling and service expertise, product knowledge, visual merchandising presentation skills, and strong point-of-sale proficiency. This position requires strong communication, customer service, time management, and organizational skills, with the availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
