The Ideal Candidate We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and treat every customer like the most important person in the building. Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others. Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting. Physicality: This is a "heavy work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs. Education: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred. Schedule & Compensation Hours: Average of 15-20 hours per week The Shift: Includes a mix of opening shifts (Between 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM) and closing shifts ( Between 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM). Also includes product knowledge team training every other week on a Tuesday or Wednesday from 5:15 PM - 6:45 PM. Weekends: Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Pay: The hourly rate posted includes personal sales commission and a base hourly wage.
