About The Position

Our Sales Associates earn up to $25 per hour (including commissions and bonuses). All are paid weekly. This position involves direct interaction with guests. While Sales Associates contribute to various tasks throughout the car wash, their primary responsibility is facilitating purchases and actively selling car wash memberships. Candidates should be comfortable and effective salespeople and naturally motivated toward hospitality. Do you have an 'outgoing personality'? Responsibilities

• Facilitate purchases and actively sell car wash memberships.
• Interact directly with guests and provide exceptional service.
• Guide guest vehicles into the wash area with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.
• Address all guest concerns in a professional manner.
• Be knowledgeable of wash packages and their benefits.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
