The Sales Associate plays a critical, customer-facing role in driving market growth and advancing the adoption of innovative surgical technologies within the veterinary space. This position blends clinical knowledge with commercial execution—leveraging expertise in anatomy, surgical procedures, and minimally invasive techniques to support sales efforts and deliver meaningful value to veterinary professionals. As a trusted partner to customers, the Sales Associate helps expand the use of KARL STORZ solutions, ultimately improving patient outcomes while contributing to strong business performance.

  • Valid driver’s license required; passport and international travel may be required

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on KARL STORZ products, including surgical video systems and minimally invasive technologies, with a strong focus on veterinary applications.
  • Partner closely with sales teams to identify opportunities, drive product adoption, and support overall territory growth.
  • Deliver impactful training and education to veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and clinical staff—both in-house and in the field.
  • Promote awareness of new technologies and emerging surgical techniques, positioning KARL STORZ as a leader in the veterinary market.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative engagement and high-quality support.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers, Sales Leadership, and internal teams to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Provide on-site support, including equipment in-servicing and troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate territory and customer data within CRM systems to support sales strategy and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and communicate competitive activity and market trends to leadership.
  • Participate in training programs, industry events, and trade shows to continuously build expertise and brand presence.
