About The Position

The Sales Associate at Tradewinds-Silver Legacy is responsible for managing all sales activities within the assigned shop. This role emphasizes excellent customer service, adherence to company policies, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The Sales Associate will engage with customers, handle cash transactions, and ensure compliance with industry standards while contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to perform basic math
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff
• Ability to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations
• Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
• High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate money handling and proficiency on the cash register
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork and closing procedures
• Meet all sales goals as directed
• Participate in physical inventories
• Unpack incoming freight, counting and checking against the packing slip
• Ensure cleanliness of the respective shop
• Demonstrate excellent salesmanship while maintaining a warm and friendly atmosphere
• Adhere to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI Compliance)
• Exemplify core values and DEI culture
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
