About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Associate – Stretch Practitioner to join our team. This role blends front desk operations, membership sales, and hands-on stretch services to ensure every member receives an exceptional experience. As a key member of our studio team, you will greet and assist clients, support daily operations, guide prospective members through our service offerings, and provide practitioner-led stretching sessions after completing our required certification.

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to learn and apply hands-on stretch techniques (training provided)
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork are essential

Nice To Haves

Interest or background in fitness, wellness, kinesiology, or athletics preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver a warm, professional, and welcoming experience to all members and guests
Perform front desk duties including check-ins, scheduling, membership support, and maintaining studio organization
Educate prospective clients on services, memberships, and promotions to support sales goals
Conduct assisted stretch sessions following completion of company training and certification
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized studio environment
Contribute positively to team goals and overall studio culture
