About The Position

This is a pipeline requisition to build a talent pool for anticipated openings
across multiple locations.

These positions may be filled in multiple U.S. states. In compliance with
applicable pay transparency laws, below is a good faith estimate of the pay
ranges for the roles within this region:

For California Roles:

Sales Associate: $16.90-19.50 per hour.
Store Manager: $18.00-22.00 per hour.

For Arizona Roles:

Sales Associate: $15.15-18.00 per hour.
Store Manager: $16.00-19.00 per hour.

For Colorado Roles:

Sales Associate: $15.16-20.50 per hour.
Store Manager: $18.50-22.50 per hour.

For Kansas Roles:

Sales Associate: $16.00-18.00 per hour.
Store Manager: $17.00-21.50 per hour.

For Missouri Roles:

Sales Associate: $16.00-17.00 per hour.
Store Manager: $18.00-21.00 per hour.

For Oregon Roles:

Sales Associate: $15.50-18.00 per hour.
Store Manager: $17.00-21.00 per hour.

Within the range, pay will be determined based on geographic location, level,
internal equity, skills, and experience. We comply with all applicable minimum
wage laws.

What does a normal day look like?

Understanding customers’ unique needs and recommending appropriate ACE
products and services.
Communicating effectively with customers, empathizing with their challenges,
and building trust.
Providing exceptional customer service to foster lasting relationships.
Handling a wide range of services that may vary by store, including cash
handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services.
Prioritizing accuracy, confidentiality, and strict compliance with industry
regulations and safety guidelines.

We’re looking for Sales Associates and Store Manager who have an entrepreneurial
spirit and can work independently, embracing accountability for overall store
performance. Building trust with customers is a top priority, so you will need
to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with their
challenges, all with the intent of providing exceptional service. Sales
Associates and Store Managers will need to understand the diverse range of
financial products and services that ACE offers. It is beneficial to have two or
more years of retail experience.Proficiencyin Spanish iswelcomedin most of
our markets and a high school diploma or equivalent isrequired.
