About The Position

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 16 years
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in setup and teardown of the store
• Maintain Guest Services according to Company Standards
• Generate sales and assist with merchandising
• Perform sign waving and general housekeeping
• Handle pricing and POS operations
• Assist in loss prevention efforts
